• Ten Friends/Himalayan Education Center Event at Deschutes Brewery

  Please join us for what will surely be a fun and educational evening hosted by Ten Friends in the Mountain Room above the Deschutes Brewery Tasting Room in Bend on Simpson Ave. This Deschutes Brewery sponsored event will be held on Thursday, October 2nd between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Free Deschutes beer, appetizers and pizza will be provided.
  

  The evening will include:

  • A social hour beginning at 5:30 pm
  • A brief presentation about Ten Friends and its achievements during the past year beginning about 6:15 pm
  •  A presentation on the Ten Friends supported Nepal based Himalayan Education Center beginning at about 6:30 pm

  
  

  We have arranged (pending technical success) to have young women from the Himalayan Education Center in Nepal join us online for the event. We will also provide information on how you can support the Himalayan Education Center including the rewarding experience of sponsoring a child residing at the education center.
